Arrival

Check-in is flexible within Reception opening hours between 8 am and 10 pm. We endeavour to have the rooms available for check-in as soon as possible, usually by 2 pm.

If you're arriving early or later than 10 pm, please contact us prior to check-in to make sure we can arrange this for you.

Departure

We ask that you vacate the room by 10 am. Late check-outs are only available by prior arrangement for a fee, if our occupancy allows.

If late check-out isn't discussed with reception, each hour after 10 am will automatically incur a fee of 4€.

Cancellations

If your plans have changed, please make sure to cancel your booking as soon as possible via email or phone.

Non-Smoking Rooms

According to local law smoking is strictly forbidden in all our bedrooms. 

Designated smoking areas can be found outside the rooms in open-air spaces.
